What this means for our recommendations
Recommendations on this site are editorial first. A commission never buys a recommendation, and partners don't get to edit our guides. Where we name a specific company, it's because our research found it useful for AGP travellers — not because it pays the highest rate. Where we criticise or hedge (and we do, often), that's the same editorial independence at work.
